The Career Development & Opportunities (CDO) session has become a regular event at NCCC. The aim of this pre-recruitment session is three-fold:

• Providing PhD-students and post-docs with a better insight into their career opportunities
• Giving companies and institutes the opportunity to present themselves as potential employers
• Creating the right ambiance for informal discussions
